Call your manager if you have a maintenance emergency. An emergency is defined as a condition that seriously threatens the health or safety of the occupants or the structure of the dwelling if not immediately corrected.

A written request, including permission to enter, is the best way to request repairs. Contact your manager to request repairs.

What are the tenant rules?
Each housing complex has house rules that are a part of your lease obligations. These are usually attached to your lease. Contact your manager if you need another copy of the house rules.

What if I want to move?
Our lease agreement requires at least 30 days written notice before you move. Mail or drop off notices to your manager.
